5. Intellectual Property:

Any software code, designs, graphics, content, and other intellectual property developed by Bucca Tech during the project will be subject to the terms of the project contract. Intellectual property ownership will be specified in the contract.

6. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared during the course of the project. This includes proprietary business information, project details, and other sensitive information.

7. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, materials, and feedback required for the project. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and delivery.

8. Termination:

Either party may terminate the project contract under specified circumstances. Termination terms, including the scope of work completed and payment obligations, will be outlined in the project contract.

9. Limitation of Liability:

Bucca Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from the project contract will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.

11. Governing Law:

The project contract and these terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes to Terms:

Bucca Tech reserves the right to modify, amend, or change these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
